On 15.07.2025 we had issued notice to the respondents, making it returnable today. The learned G.P. waives service of notice for respondent Nos.1 to 3, State and learned Counsel - Mr. D.A. Karnik waives service of notice for respondent Nos.4 and 5.

Having heard learned Counsel for the parties. We find that this petition can be disposed of by issuing appropriate direction as sought in prayer clause 'B' of the petition.

The respondent No.3 - the Deputy Director of Education has considered the pending proposal dated 20.06.2023 moved by the petitioner, seeking approval to his appointment on partially aided post as
2 936 WP 8019-2025.odt "Laboratory Assistant".

Accordingly, the petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. We expect the respondent No.3 - the Deputy Director of Education to decide the proposal of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably within eight (8) weeks from today.
