The learned counsel submits that the petitioner is a pregnant lady and the place where the petitioner is transferred does not have a public health centre or hospital and she has to travel about two kilometers everyday.

The petitioner may make an application with the Chief Executive Officer to post her at a convenient place. The same shall be decided within a period of ten (10) days from the receipt of the application from the petitioner.

We have passed this order considering the exigency in the matter and the fact that the petitioner is in an advanced stage of pregnancy.
