Mr. Panpatte, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak is pending with respondent no. 2 since the year 2014. Same is not yet decided.

Learned AGP accepts notice for respondent nos. 1 and 2.

In case, the proposal seeking approval to the

wp6570.18 appointment of the petitioner (Exh. 'G' Page No. 31), is pending with respondent no. 2, then, respondent no. 2 shall decide the same, on its own merits, expeditiously, preferably within 4 months.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
