Mrs. A.V. Gondhalekar, the learned Additional Government Pleader submits that subsequently, the approval has been granted to the appointment of the petitioner under order dated 30th October, 2018. 2.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the approval is granted as Shikshan Sevak. The approval has been granted to the proposal submitted to it, but the salary has not been paid. As far as other aspects are concerned, the petitioner may approach to the

Education Officer in that regard. If the salary bills are submitted, the Education Officer shall process the same. 3.
