After extensively hearing the learned counsel for the applicant, when this Court expressed disinclination to grant the bail, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file a fresh bail application after receiving the Chemical Analysis report. Since Chemical Analysis report is awaiting and the charge sheet is filed, the applicant may file a fresh bail application referring to the Chemical Analysis report. 3.
