PER COURT :- This petition can be disposed of by directing the Collector, Osmanabad to cause an enquiry, to be made, in respect of the application, tendered by the petitioner, for rental compensation on 31.8.2012, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from today. If the petitioners are held eligible to receive rental compensation, the respondent No.2 shall ensure payment of amount, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four months from the date of such decision. With the directions, as above, writ petition stands disposed of.
