The petitioners are objecting to the inclusion of names of voters in different wards. According to them, Respondentauthorities have committed irregularities in preparing final list of voters in respect of different wards.

None of the aggrieved voters is objecting to the inclusion of names of voters in different wards. The petitioners, who are unconnected with the cause of those voters, presumably on the calculation of their future electoral prospects, have approached this Court. The inquiry, as requested by the petitioners, need not be undertaken in exercise of extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution. Petition is devoid of substance.

Writ Petition stands dismissed.
