After arguing the application when the Court expressed its disinclination to grant bail to applicant, the learned counsel for applicant on instructions seeks permission to withdraw the application. Allow to withdraw. The application is disposed of as withdrawn. The Trial Court is directed to expedite hearing of the case. After normal functioning of the Court is restored endeavour be made to complete the trial within one year.
