The applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime no.I-62 of 2016 registered at Jamkhed Police Station, Dist. Ahmednagarfor the offences punishable under section 307, 353, 332, 504, 506 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code, under section 3/25 of the Arms Act and under section 59(3) of Food Safety and Standards Act.

The allegation against the present applicant is that the applicant was seen transporting gutkha with the main accused Anil Sanap, who had tried to assault the public servant. 4.
Looking to the role attributed to the applicant in the crime in question, in my opinion, once the applicant had already undergone the police custody, his further detention is not warranted. 5.
There are no serious allegations against the applicant in the crime in question for the offence under the Food Safety and Standards Act. Hence, the following order :- 6.
The applicant be released on bail in Crime no.I-62 of 2016 registered with Jamkhed Police Station, Dist. Ahmednagar for the offences punishable under section 307, 353, 332, 504, 506 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code, under section 3/25 of the Arms Act and under section 59(3) of Food Safety and Standards Act, upon his executing P.R.
3 Cri. Appln. 3078-2016 bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen Thousand) with one surety in the like amount. 7.
The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence or influence the witnesses in any manner.

Criminal Application stands disposed of accordingly.
