We have heard Miss Talekar, the learned advocate for the petitioner. The learned Assistant Government Pleader has placed on record communication received by him from the Committee at Nandurbar. It is communicated that caste claim of the petitioner shall be decided within a period of one (01) month from today. Said statement is accepted as an undertaking to this Court.

In the light of that, it is made clear that, if the proceeding is not decided as per undertaking by the respondent/Committee, then they will make themselves liable for contempt.
