This petition can be disposed of in view of statement made in paragraph no. 12 of the affidavit-in-reply presented on behalf of respondents 2 and 3. It is recorded in affidavit-in-reply that if petitioner tenders application claiming assistance under the Shravan Bal Seva Rajya Niivrutti Vetan Yojna, application so tendered can be considered and the pensionary benefits can be extended, if petitioner is found eligible under the scheme. If petitioner tenders application in accordance with the policy decision taken by the Government under Resolution dated 26.10.2010, within a period of six weeks from today, said application shall be dealt with and appropriate order shall be issued as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of such application.
