The tribe claim of the petitioner is pending. It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner vigilance is already conducted. 2.

Learned AGP accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 4. 3.

In view of the fact that, vigilance has already been conducted and the petitioner has appeared for final year examination, we pass the following order :

(a) The committee shall decide the validation proceeding expeditiously and preferably within a period of one (01) month from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 11.09.2019 and file his say to the vigilance report on the said date. The committee shall thereafter decide the

2 32-WP10839-19.doc proceeding as directed above. The petitioner shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the proceeding. The respondent Nos. 2 and 3 shall not withhold the result of the petitioner's examination only on the ground that petitioner's tribe claim is pending. However, the petitioner shall not seek further benefit of reservation until and unless he is issued with the validity certificate. The respondent Nos. 2 and 3 shall not issue degree certificate to the petitioner until and unless the petitioner produces the validity certificate. 4.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
