Both the Counsel submits that all the first appeals are disposed of by the Lok Adalat in view of the settlement terms arrived at by the parties. Thus, the applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount in terms of the compromise arrived before the Lok Adalat. Needless to say that in terms of the said compromise, if the acquiring body is permitted to withdraw certain amount, the said amount shall also be paid to the acquiring body in terms of the compromise.
