The petitioner's claim is pending with the respondent - scrutiny committee. He is relying upon the validity certificate issued in favour of his father and even cousin which has been issued on the directions of this Court in writ petition no. 8484 of 2020 (Harsha D/o Narendra Thakur and another Vs. The State of Maharashtra and another) by judgment and order dated 08-01-2021. 3.

Considering the fact that since the petitioner has appeared for 12th standard Science examination and is aspiring to appear for MHT-CET, we dispose of the writ petition by requesting the respondent - scrutiny committee to consider the petitioner's proposal and decide it within four weeks.
