Public Prosecutor produced on record copy of the order made in Criminal Writ Petition No. 1077 of 2020 showing that previous proceeding was dismissed as the jail term of three years was not completed as on 31st August 2020. In view of this circumstance, the new learned Counsel, who has filed the present proceeding to challenge the order made by the respondents, submits that he wants to withdraw the present proceeding.
