The only issue in this petition is that, the amount as directed by the Minister for State (Revenue), by an order dated 07.08.2019, is to be refunded to the Petitioner by the District Collector, by following the due procedure laid down in law. 2.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off, with the expectation that, the District Collector would do the needful, by following the due procedure laid down in law, within a period of 60 days from today.
