Mr. Angad, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No.5 is not taking steps for payment of compensation though directed by the Collector. The Collector has directed respondent No.5 to pay the compensation to the petitioner of the loss that would be caused by laying 220 KB Padegaon Sawangi Electricity Line.

According to the learned counsel for respondent No.5, the petitioner is not co-operating for carrying out the panchanama. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready for drawing of the panchanama at any point of time.

The petitioner and respondent No.5 shall remain present at the site on 01/02/2021. The necessary panchanama be drawn as per the order of the Collector and further steps pursuant thereto shall be taken expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months.

With these observations, the Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
