Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The applicant is seeking bail in Crime No.204 of 2023, registered at Tuljapur Police Station, District Osmanabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 307, 325, 324, 323, 504, 143, 147, 148, 149 of the IPC.

After hearing the respective learned counsels, the Court expressed disinclination to grant bail in favour of applicant No.1 - SOPAN SHANKAR SHINDE. The learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw his bail application. Leave granted.

Bail application of applicant No.1 stands dismissed as withdrawn.

As far as the role attributed to applicant No.2 Shahaji Karande is concerned, it seems that he did not cause the serious injuries to the alleged injured. The parties are fighting and lodging report against each other. Nothing is to be recovered from the applicant. He is languishing in jail for sufficient period. The material investigation is completed against him. Therefore, he deserves bail. Hence, the following order :
O R D E R
(i) Bail Application is partly allowed.
(ii) Applicant 2. SHAHAJI BHAGWAN KARANDE be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount, in Crime No.204 of 2023, registered at Tuljapur Police Station, District Osmanabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 307, 325, 324, 323, 504, 143, 147, 148, 149 of the IPC, on the following conditions :
(a) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
(b) He shall attend the Police Station as and when called by the Investigating Officer on written notice till filing the charge sheet.
