PER COURT :- In view of the offce note, the pending LAR No.271 of 1996 came to be disposed off by the reference Court. The original claimant in said pending L.A.R. had moved an application to amend the plaint from Rs.1,50,000/- to 5,16,000/-. Since the Reference Court has rejected the said application by impugned order dated 15.7.2005, this writ petition came to be preferred. There was no interim order. Since the LAR no.271 of 1996 is disposed off by the Reference Court, this Writ Petition has become infructuous and accordingly dispose off. Rule discharged. ( V.K. JADHAV, J. ) ...
