Heard Mr. Kanade, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. Borulkar, learned APP for the State. 2.
This application is filed under section 439 of the Criminal Procedure Code for bail in connection with Crime No. 210/2014, registered with Georai Police Station, District Beed for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

First information report was lodged by the 1/3
injured Jalindar Barde. According to the case of the prosecution, informant was to pay some amount to the co-accused Jija Barde. Informant showed his willingness to repay that amount of Rs.50,000/- but the another accused Rajendra Barde was insisting the informant to joint his team of labourer for harvesting sugarcane. When the informant Jalindar Barde refused, accused Rajendra alongwith the applicant and other accused persons had been to the house of the informant and they all started assaulting the informant Jalindar by means of kick and first blows. According to the prosecution, when Khandu, nephew of the informant intervened, then the accused Rajendra Barde took a wooden log from his house and assaulted Khandu, causing injury to his head.

Learned counsel appearing for the applicant points out that the main accused Rajendra Barde was released on bail by this Court as per order passed in Criminal Application No. 4403/2016. The allegations against the present applicant are not serious as like allegations against the accused Rajendra.

Practically, the investigation of the present crime is over. In such circumstances, I am of the 2/3
opinion that the applicant is entitled for bail. Hence following order:
O R D E R
i.
The applicant shall be released o n bail on his furnishing personal bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand) with one solvent surety of the like amount.
ii. The applicant shall not tamper with prosecution evidence in any manner.

Criminal application is disposed of.
