On 31st July 2025, we have passed the following order : "1.

The petitioner claims to be a social worker and "practitioner of Government Systems and Schemes." In this petition, which runs into only 12 pages, the petitioner has not been able to give details and yet a specific claim is made that the respondents have indulged in corruption of 4,34,28,415/- in the ₹ context of construction of building of Nursing Training College and Hostel in Jalgaon. It is alleged that the construction of the said building is in violation of certain norms.

In the light of the fact that the petition is bereft of details and we are unable to appreciate as to on what

basis the petitioner is making such claims, it would be appropriate to invoke Rule 7A of the Bombay High Court Public Interest Litigation Rules, 2010. 3.

Accordingly, we propose to ask the petitioner to deposit an amount of 5 Lakhs under the said Rule ₹ to show his bona fide.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks adjournment to take instructions in the matter. 5.

List this petition on 19th August 2025, in the same category."

Today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that time of four weeks may be granted to deposit the amount of 5 Lakhs in ₹ this Court.

It is also submitted that leave may be granted to amend the petition.

If the petitioner deposits amount of 5 Lakhs within four ₹ weeks from today, the petition shall be listed for further consideration on 19th September 2025. In the event, the amount is not deposited, the petition shall be dismissed without further reference to the Court. 5.

In the meanwhile, the petitioner is at liberty to move an

application for amendment of the petition as it is submitted that further pleadings and documents can be placed on record. If such an application is filed and the petition is taken up for consideration on the next date, upon the said amount being deposited, such an application shall be taken up for consideration alongwith the writ petition.
