The petitioner has put forth prayer clause 'B' as under :- B) By issuing appropriate writ, order or direction in like nature the Respondent No.2- Scrutiny Committee may kindly be directed to finalize and decide Tribe Claim of the petitioner at the earliest.

The learned AGP appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that the Vigilance Inquiry is complete. The petitioner can collect the copy of the Vigilance Report, by 12th August, 2022. He further submits that the proceedings would be concluded within one month.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off, with the following directions :- (A) The petitioner would collect a copy of the Vigilance Inquiry Report, by 5.00 p.m. on 12.8.2022.

(B) The petitioner would appear before respondent no. 2 -

WP No.7295/2022 Committee at Aurangabad and submit his written explanation (submission), on 18th August, 2022 at 12.00 noon.

(C) The Committee shall decide the claim of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, and in any case, on or before 15th September, 2022.
