The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the Tribe Certificate Validation Proceeding is pending before respondent No.1 since January 2018. The petitioner is in II year of B.E. (Civil). Considering the above, we pass the following order.

O R D E R

(I) Respondent No.1-Committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of caste claim of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from

2 W.P. No. 6585/2018 the date of appearance of the petitioner before it. (II) The petitioner shall appear before respondent No.1-Committee on 17th December 2019.

(III) Respondent No.3 shall not take any action adverse against the petitioner only on the ground that the Caste Certificate validation proceeding is pending. Respondent No.3 may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be passed by respondent No.1-Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee of the Tribe Validity.
