The applicant / original complainant is seeking condonation of delay of 159 days in fling criminal appeal against judgment and order dated 29/09/2022 in Special Atrocity Case No.12 of 2014. 3.

Though the learned counsel for respondents opposed the application, but it appears that the applicant had approached High Court Legal Aid Sb-Committee for seeking legal aid to challenge the aforesaid judgment and therefore, such delay has taken place. In

2 916 appln 2003-2023 view of the same and for the reasons stated in the application, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause-B. 4.

Appeal be registered after removal of offce objections, if any. 5.

Application is accordingly disposed of.
