The petitioner submitted his tribe claim for validation on 23rd December 2021, after the first half of the 12th standard. Now the petitioner desires that the claim should be decided expeditiously. 2.

The learned AGP representing the respondents submits, on instructions, that though the father of the petitioner has received a validity, there are instances when frauds have been discovered while conducting the Vigilance Cell enquiry of the relatives. He, therefore, submits that the claim could be decided by the end of November 2022.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. The Committee shall decide the claim of the petitioner, on or before 30th November, 2022. If the petitioner renders whole-hearted cooperation, the Committee may endeavour to decide the claim as early as possible.
