The persons, whose names are enlisted in the voters list for ward no.1, have not raised any objection and are not before us. The petitioner, who has presumably an apprehension in respect of his future electoral prospects, has approached this Court.

The inquiry, as requested by the petitioner need not be undertaken in exercise of extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution. Petitions are devoid of substance. Both the writ petitions stand dismissed.
