The learned advocate for the petitioner submits, on instructions, that the petitioner desires to pursue only prayer clause 'C', which reads as under :- C] By issuing appropriate writ, order or direction in like nature, the Respondent No.4- Scrutiny Committee may kindly be directed to finalize and decide Tribe Claim of the petitioner at the earliest.

The learned AGP representing respondent nos. 1 -State and respondent no. 4 - Committee submits that the pending proceedings for validation of the claim of the petitioner can be decided within six months.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that she has already completed her education and is agreeable for a decision within six months.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 5.

The proceedings shall be completed, on or before 28th February 2023. The petitioner would render whole-heareted cooperation to the Committee.
