We have heard the learned counsel for the applicants at length.

The learned counsel for the applicants has raised various issues including the health issues of some of the applicants, however, crime in the instant case is registered way back in the year 2019 bearing crime no.237 of 2019 with police station Bhusawal, Tq. Bhusawal, District Jalgaon. Learned counsel for the applicants has no specifc instructions as to whether charge-sheet has been fled or not. But even for quashing of the FIR the applicants have approached to this Court belatedly. We are not inclined to entertain this criminal application fled belatedly. Hence, following order.

Criminal application is hereby dismissed.
