The only prayer put-forth by the Petitioner is that his representation to the Maharashtra Jeevan Pradhikaran to recalculate the retiral benefits as his calculations are higher than the amounts that are actually paid to him, be decided.

Since Shri Vinod Patil is the panel advocate for the Jeevan Pradhikaran and as a short issue is involved, we requested him to cause his appearance.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. Let Respondent No.3 look into the records pertaining to the service of the Petitioner and verify as to whether there is any merit in his contentions.
