Learned counsel for the applicant, after arguing the matter at length, has sought leave to withdraw the application. Despite repeatedly informing the learned counsel that the questions raised by him were matter of trial, he did not seek leave to withdraw the application but continued to argue extensively and it was only when the Court expressed that the application is being dismissed and was preparing to dictate the order, leave was sought to withdraw the application.

Leave to withdraw the application is granted. Application stands disposed of as withdrawn. However, considering that
