After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, it transpires that amendment challenged in writ petition has already been carried out. Under the circumstances, learned counsel for petitioner, on instructions, states that petitioner resiles to the situation and, as such, submits that prayer clause "C" may not be considered and he thus requests, since the petition is pending for long time, to direct the trial court to dispose of the proceedings pending before it, as expeditiously as possible.

Learned counsel for respondent does not object to such a request.

Looking at aforesaid, joint civil judge, senior division, Parbhabhi to consider expeditious disposal of Hindu Marriage Petition No. 148 of 2013, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of writ of this order.
