I say and submit that, the proceeding as per the Right to fair compensation and transparency in land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and resettlement act 2013 has been initiated by respondent and the notification section 11 of the said act has been submitted for publication in Government Gazette on Dt.27/07/2018. And same is published in Government Gazette on Dt.16-22 August 2018. The process will be completed within stipulated period as per Right to fair compensation and transparency in land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and resettlement act 2013. Hereto annexed and

In view of the disclosure that the State has initiated proceedings for determination of amount of compensation under the provisions of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, the grievance raised by the petitioners in the instant matters stand substantially redressed. Writ petitions are accordingly disposed of.
