Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The learned counsel for the applicants in the applications filed for withdrawal of amount, submits that in connected matter bearing Civil Application No. 8135/2023 in First Appeal No. 2157/2022, arising out of the same award, this Court by order dated 6th July, 2023, has permitted the applicants therein to withdraw 75% of the deposited compensation amount i.e. 50% on usual undertaking and 25% on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar Judicial of this Court. 3.

In view of the above, the applicants in above application are permitted to withdraw withdraw 75% of the deposited compensation amount i.e. 50% on usual undertaking and 25% on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar Judicial of this Court. The remaining amount be kept in F.D.R. in any nationalized bank on yearly renewal basis till final disposal of this appeal. Civil Applications filed for withdrawal of amount are disposed of.
