In this petition, the petitioners except the petitioner No. 2 have been issued with the allotment order after the year 2006. The petitioner No. 2 is issued with the allotment on 20th August, 1999. The question is about the availability of vacancy. According to respondents, the vacancy is not available for filling in the post of bonded candidates and those who were earlier working as bonded candidates interim orders are passed directing to continue them till regularly selected candidates are available.

In the light of that, at present no directions can be issued

2 wp 6150.14 against the respondents for appointing the petitioners as bonded candidates, however, if the vacancy exists, the respondents may consider the case of the petitioners for appointments as per its policy.
