We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned A.G.P. for respondent Nos. 1 to 3, learned counsel for respondent No. 4, learned counsel for respondent 5 to 11 are also served.

The present petitioner has filed a revision against the order condoning the delay of 36 years. Along with the revision, the petitioner has filed stay application. The stay application has not decided but the respondent No. 3 has kept the matter for final hearing. In view of the said exigency, we had entertained the writ petition. 3.

The respondent No. 2 shall decide the stay application filed 1/2
