Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits, on instructions, that the petitioner desires to withdraw this Petition with liberty to approach this Court in the event the petitioner suffers any adverse order in the face of a fresh cause of action. 2.

Learned Counsel for respondent No.1, Shri S.V. Adwant, learned Counsel for respondent No.2-All India Council for Technical Education and the learned A.G.P. for respondent Nos.3 and 4, do not oppose the withdrawal.
