The present petition is filed on presumption. It is only on the basis of the list published, no orders of transfer are issued to petitioners. The petitioners will have cause of action, if orders of transfer are issued and that too against the policy.

In view of that, writ petition is disposed of. In case, petitioners are aggrieved by any orders of transfer, the petitioners have the right to assail the same. No costs.
