The present petition makes a grievance about the names of Respondent Nos.4 and 5 being included in the list of validly nominated candidates without deciding objection of the petitioners. The elections in question were of the year 2007. With the efflux of time, the term of the said Committee must have come to an end. The grievance of the petitioners would not survive now. In view of
