1] Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court had allowed the petitioner to file a representation before the respondent - authority and the respondent - authority was directed to take decision upon the said representation within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of such a representation. The petitioner had filed a representation on 29.1.2015. No decision was taken as directed by this Court.

2] Learned AGP states that on receipt of the

CP 501/2015 in WP 386/15 - 2 - representation, the Tahsildar had conducted necessary enquiry and decision has been taken on 9.3.2016 by passing an order.

3] Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said order, which is filed alongwith the affidavit in reply is not correct. The same is an illegal one. 4] If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed, the petitioner has a remedy available to assail the same before the appropriate forum.
