Mr. Sagar Killarikar, the learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has given an application to the respondent No. 2 making a grievance that the petitioner is entitled for the higher pay scale. The said representation is pending for more than one and half year, but no action is taken. 2.
The learned Assistant Government Pleader states that, the authority would take decision on the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law.

We have also heard Mr. Bhavthankar, the learned advocate

In case the representation (Exhibit A) is pending with the respondent No. 2, then the respondent No. 2 shall take decision upon it in accordance with law and rules, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from today. The parties may represent themselves before the respondent No. 2. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
