Shri. Sanjay Bhosale, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is seeking benefit of Government Resolution dtd. 27.02.2017 on the ground of couple convenience. The husband of the petitioner and the petitioner are working at a distance of 122 Kms.

The petitioner may approach the Commissioner with the grievance of transfer.

The Commissioner shall consider the grievance of the petitioner on its own merits considering the distance the petitioner and her husband are working and take decision upon it within 30 days on receipt of the application.
