Heard Mr A.S. Shelke, learned counsel for the applicant/acquiring body, Mr A.S. More, learned counsel for original claimant and Mr P.M. Kulkarni, learned AGP for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 on the point of condonation of delay. There seems to be delay of 547 days in preferring the appeal.

For the reasons stated in the application for condonation of delay in para Nos. 4 and 5, the delay needs to be condoned in the interest of justice.
