Mr. Kulkarni, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that, in view of the affidavit in reply filed by the Respondents that the decision of the Trust property would not be taken unless an enquiry is held, the purpose of the writ petition does not survive. As such, the learned counsel for the Petitioner on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to take up further steps if, occasion arises.

The Writ Petition as such is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid. No costs.

In view of disposal of writ petition, civil application also stands disposed of.
