The applicant undertakes to deposit an amount of Rs.90,000/- (Rs. Ninety Thousand) in this Court within a period of four (4) weeks from today. The undertaking is accepted. It is brought to my notice that the applicant was on bail during trial. Hence, the sentence is suspended. The applicant be released on bail on same terms and conditions, on which he was admitted to bail by the learned trial Court.

Criminal Application No. 3084 of 2016 is accordingly disposed of.

Criminal Revision Application No. 142 of 2016 is admitted.

If the amount as stated hereinabove, is not deposited, the applicant shall surrender to his bail bonds forthwith.

It is made clear that no extension of time will be granted for depositing the amount, as the applicant has given an undertaking before this Court.
