This is an application for bail in connection with Crime No. 203/2015 registered with Udgir (Rural) Police Station for the offences punishable under section 307, 324, 498A, 504, 506 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned APP points out the earlier order passed by this Court dated 04.07.2016. The application was disposed of as withdrawn. The learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned APP submits that, the order dated 04.07.2016 is passed even after filing of the charge-sheet . No change in circumstance.
