Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the respondent-State.

The applicant is seeking bail in Crime No.302 of 2021, registered at MIDC Waluj Police Station, District Aurangabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 364(A), 386, 388 of the IPC.
3. The applicant is languishing in jail since 2021. The order of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Aurangabad reveals that the trial is stalled only for the muddemal property i.e. forensic laboratory report of the mobile conversation. The prosecution wrote the letter to the forensic laboratory. But they did not get it. The accusation against the accused are well
944-BA.976-23.odt founded. However, he has right to expedite the trial. In the circumstances, the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Aurangabad is requested to write a letter to the forensic laboratory to submit the forensic laboratory report at the earliest and the investigation agency is also directed to visit the laboratory for collecting the laboratory report. The learned prosecutor is directed to examine the witnesses who have no concern with the muddemal property so the trial may progress and it may be completed at the earliest. The small boy was abducted for ransom. The offence is apparently serious. Therefore, the applicant does not deserve bail. But the trial be expedited.

With the above observations, bail application stands dismissed.
