The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed objection to the Draft Development Plan. The same is not yet decided.

The Draft Development Plan is forwarded to the Government. Before finalising the Draft Development Plan objections are required to be invited. They are required to be dealt with and decided by the State Government.

There is nothing on record to substantiate that the Government would not consider the objection and / or decide the said objection. 4.

In the light of above, at present we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition. The petitioner may move the Court as and when the occasion arises.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
