Heard Mr. T.M.Venjane, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. K.N.Lokhande, learned A.P.P. for respondent.

The first information report is lodged against present applicant alleging that the victim was aged about 15 years and the applicant was keeping ill eye on her and he was always troubling her with intent to outrage her modesty.

On the basis of the information given by the informant, offence came to be registered at
Crime No.71 of 2017, registered with Shindkheda police station, District Dhule for the offences punishable under Sections 354 (A) (D), 352, 323, 504, 506 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

During the course of investigation, applicant was arrested and was removed to M.C.R. 5.
Looking to the nature of accusation against the present applicant, it appears that he was taunting the victim in filthy language. Therefore, I am of the opinion that further detention of the present applicant is not needed. He was already in police custody for two months. 6.
Mr. Venjane, learned counsel submits that other accused persons were released on bail by the trial Court.

In view of above, following order.
(i) Criminal Application is allowed.
(ii) The applicant be released on bail in connection with Crime No. 71 of 2017, registered at Shindkheda police station, District Dhule, on his furnishing P.R. bond of Rs. 10,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount.
(iii) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner and shall not contact any of the prosecution witnesses.
Criminal Application is disposed of.
