Considering the fact that the petitioner is impugning the decision taken in the month of June 2024, thereby refusing to include her name in Shalaarth Pranali, in the light of the government resolution dated 27-03-2024, the remedy lies before the committee constituted therein.

The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to resort to the remedy as is provided in the government resolution dated 27-03-2024.

Time spent in prosecuting the present remedy, may be considered by the committee.
