By order dated 3rd February, 2021, this Court had granted time of six months to vacate the suit premises. However, the learned advocate for the applicant submits that during that period the suit premises could not be vacated and seeks further time to vacate the suit premises.

In the circumstances, two months further time is granted for vacating the suit premises.
